yesterday, while i was waiting at the pharmacy, i witnessed an act of truth.  an elderly handicapped woman, who also happened to have strep throat and could barely speak, was informing the pharmacist that they underbilled her $4 for her last prescription.  she was trying her hardest to write them a check for that $4.  the [...]
